QTS operates two data centers in New Jersey, one in Jersey City on the west bank of the Hudson and one in Piscataway in the central part of the state. When your cabinet or cage in either building needs a physical touch, RemoteHands.nyc sends an independent technician to the floor, day or night. You tell us which of the two locations holds your equipment; we handle the access request and the escort, and the job closes out with photos and notes instead of your own staff making the drive to New Jersey.
