Eight things we do at the rack
Each service below has a dedicated page with scope, typical tasks, and how the work is documented. In practice they overlap, and most visits combine a few, so if your job spans several of these, one dispatch covers it.
Rack and Stack
Receive shipments, mount and rail your servers and appliances, land power, dress and label cabling, and bring systems up to a known-good state.
Cabling and Cross-Connects
Run, label, and dress structured cabling, and coordinate and hand off cross-connects between your cabinet and the carriers, networks, or tenants you interconnect with.
Hardware Swaps and Upgrades
Drives, memory, power supplies, NICs, GPUs, or a full chassis. You ship the part, we do the hands-on replacement or upgrade in the rack.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
Eyes-on checks, power cycles, LED and POST reads, cable reseats, part isolation, and RMA swaps to get a dead or flapping box responding again.
Server and OS Configuration
OS install and repair, BIOS and firmware settings, out-of-band management setup, and console or KVM sessions when your team is locked out of a box.
Network Device Configuration
Console into routers, switches, and firewalls to load configs, recover access, or stage new gear ahead of a turn-up or cross-connect.
Decommission, Pack and Ship
Unrack retired gear, wipe or destroy media to your spec, pack and palletize, and coordinate outbound freight from the loading dock.
